The information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties for any other purpose. The form is hosted by Netlify, which stores submitted enquiries on my behalf.
Enquiries that do not lead to business are deleted within 12 months. Where business follows, the rules that apply to the work of a licensed real estate agent apply, including legal requirements on record keeping.
Your rights regarding personal data are governed by the Icelandic Act No. 90/2018 on Data Protection and the Processing of Personal Data.
